About Blog Tech Support
This website is for you if you are a blogger who’s just starting out or is struggling with the technical side of running your blog.
Hey, I’m Chris
I’ve been in the blogging world for a long time, but I specifically love the backend stuff that comes with running a blog on WordPress.
From setting up WordPress, connecting email marketing and social media tools, the installation of Google Analytics and Search Console, fixing errors, and more.
I don’t consider myself an expert, but I am obsessed with fixing issues and love learning new things, and most often I figure out exactly what needs to be done and fix it in a short amount of time.
Easy communication and personal support
As a blogger, you want to focus on creating the content and when your blog is having issues, you don’t want to talk to a chatbot.
With me, you will chat directly. I do live in the Netherlands. So please, give me a bit of time to respond.
You also don’t want to give access to your website to lots of different people. When I’m working on the backend of your site, you will only work with me, 1-on-1.
7 fun facts about me:
- The first online business I started was in 2010, which was selling sex toys online. My first and only customer was my mom because I didn’t know anything about online marketing back then.
- I’m in a long-distance marriage with my wife, Saengduan. Which you can see in the picture above. My big goal is to turn this business and blog into a full-time income so that I can permanently move from the Netherlands to Thailand.
- I love the technical side of blogging more than the writing of articles itself.
- I socialize more easily in online communities like Facebook groups than in real life. Yeah, introvert here!
- Over the years I started lots of different blogs and quit almost all of them. At 1 point I had about 20 different domain names in my Namecheap account.
- I actually do like my 9-5. Nowadays it seems that most people hate it and get drained by it. By the way, I work in the foil industry, which has nothing to do with online marketing.
- In my spare time, I live in Facebook groups because I don’t know anyone in my personal life who’s interested in blogging and online marketing. And I love being around like-minded people and having big goals.
